Menurut sumber terpercaya, Kento Yamazaki dan Suzu Hirose disebut sudah tinggal bersama. Yamazaki sendiri kerap diantar oleh pihak manajemen ke kediaman Hirose.
Sumber yang sama juga menyebutkan bahwa Hirose juga baru pindah ke kediaman tersebut. Ia kerap meminta Kento Yamazaki membantunya mengurus barang pindahan.
Mengenai kabar ini, manajemen dari kedua artis memilih untuk tak banyak bicara. Manajemen Kento Yamazaki dan Suzu Hirose sepakat untuk tidak mencampuri urusan pribadi mereka.
