Killer Mike ditangkap polisi

Kejadian kurang menyenangkan dialami rapper dan penyanyi Killer Mike dalam malam penghargaan Grammy Awards 2024 di Hollywood, Minggu (4/2/2024).

Dilansir TMZ, Senin (5/1/2024), rapper Killer Mike tampak ditangkap polisi dalam gelaran Grammy Awards 2024.

Padahal, dia baru saja menerima tiga penghargaan Grammy dalam ajang musik tahunan tersebut.

Dalam sebuah video, Mike tampak keluar dari perhelatan acara tersebut dengan tangan diborgol. Diduga, Mike terlibat dalam perkelahian.

Jurnalis The Hollywood Reporter mengunggah sebuah video ke laman media sosial X (yang dulu bernama Twitter), di mana menunjukkan Mike meninggalkan tempat acara dengan pengawalan polisi.

Tangan Mike terikat dengan borgol di belakang punggungnya.

Pelantun “Run” itu tidak terlalu khawatir dan mengobrol dengan santai saat digiring polisi.

Adapun Mike diduga terlibat dalam pertengkaran fisik dengan penjaga keamanan di acara tersebut.

“Kami diberitahu bahwa dia tidak ditahan, dan petugas masih mencari tahu yang sedang terjadi,” bunyi pernyataan dalam TMZ.

Sebagai informasi, Killer Mike sukses menyabet tiga Grammy Awards 2024 yakni Best Rap Song, Best Performance Rap dan Best Rap Album.
