Julianto Eka Putra atau yang akrab disapa “Ko Jul” merupakan pria kelahiran Surabaya, 8 Juli 1972. Julianto merupakan lulusan S1 Ekonomi Universitas Surabaya. Menikah dengan Yenny Tantono pada tahun 1998 dan telah dikaruniai 3 orang anak.

Julianto Eka Putra merupakan pendiri SMA Selamat Pagi Indonesia yang berlokasi di Batu, Jawa Timur.
Sekolah yang didirikan pada 1 Juni 2007 itu memberikan pendidikan gratis bagi siswa tidak mampu.
Saat ini Julianto Eka Putra membina sekitar 40 murid di sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan Binar Group tersebut.
Sebelumnya, Julianto Eka Putra pernah menjabat sebagai Account Officer di BDNI. Serta menjalankan bisnis MLM “High Desert” di kota Surabaya.
