Arawinda Kirana muncul di film Galih dan Ratna yang tayang pada 9 Maret 2017. Mengawali debutnya sebagai aktris di film layar lebar. Dalam film ini, ia memerankan seorang tokoh figuran yang namanya belum terlalu dikenal publik.
Bercerita tentang seorang siswa introvert bernama “Galih” yang dikekang oleh sang ibu. Sementara Ratna adalah remaja yang hidupnya tanpa tujuan, namun senang menulis lagu.
Quarantine Tales (2020)
Arawinda lalu hadir di film Quarantine Tales pada tahun 2020. Dari total 5 episode, Arawinda muncul dalam “Happy Girls Don’t Cry”, berperan sebagai “Adin”.
Adin diceritakan sebagai seorang gadis yang orang tuanya kehilangan pekerjaan saat pandemi. Suatu hari, ia memenangkan kuis dan mendapatkan hadiah berupa iMac. Sayangnya Adin tidak bisa menikmatinya. Ia harus memilih untuk mempertahankan atau menjualnya hadiah tersebut untuk biaya hidup.
X&Y (2021)
Film X&Y menjadi film pendek vertikal pertama yang diproduksi oleh Tiktok. Diangkat dari salah satu teori matematika yakni tentang sumbu X dan sumbu Y.
Sinopsis singkat, X&Y bertemu di suatu titik yang sama. Omar, si sumbu Y memendam rasa kepada Winda (Arawinda Kirana). si sumbu X yang tinggal disatu tempat kos.
Namun sebagai dua sumbu yang berlawanan, mereka harus melangkah ke arah yang berbeda. Bagaimana jika mereka bukan kedua sumbu itu, apakah mungkin bisa bersama?

Yuni menjadi awal mula nama Arawinda Kirana dikenal luas oleh publik. Berkat kemampuan aktingnya tersebut, ia menerima banyak penghargaan, baik yang lokal maupun internasional. Film Yuni juga menjadi film debut Arawinda Kirana sebagai pemeran utama.
Yuni diceritakan sebagai seorang gadis cerdas yang mempunyai mimpi untuk bisa kuliah. Ia menolak lamaran seorang pria hingga dua kali dan menjadi bahan gosip orang-orang disekitarnya.

Arawinda kembali hadir sebagai “Dais” dalam film “Nana” yang dirilis pada tahun 2022 ini. Menceritakan tentang Raden Nana Suhani, seorang wanita Sunda di era 1960-an. Ia kehilangan ayah dan anak karena perang yang terjadi di Jawa Barat.
